Great museum with rotating exhibits showing contemporary and avant garde art . If you enjoy art that is innovative, pushes the envelope, makes you think, or say "that's weird" this is the for you.

Free admission , different exhibits , a lot of awesome concept pieces and recently went to view a fashion exhibit . Totally worth the visit!

Free entrance and wifi . A good spot to rest after a day of fun.

The gift shop is one of the best I've seen at a museum .

Art curious? The monthly Steel Lounge Underground event showcases Houston’s diverse music culture. You should also try the art essay reading group. It’s good for the brain.

Admission here is always free, and the exhibits change quite often. Photographer Alvin Baltrop has an exhibit opening on July 19.

Great gift shop . Unfortunately they were switching exhibits while we were there, so not much was open for viewing .

Don't miss the "Perspectives 176: Glen Fogel: With Me… You" exhibit on view from October 15 – December 31, 2011. One of the best installations I've seen at CAMH.
