Quite small as Apple stores go, so can get very crowded . But they have free wifi if you need it!

The app is useless when asking for help. Or the staff are inept, one of the two. Maybe both.
If you need genius bar help, try and get served by Mo. Asian guy, about 5'8, shaved head, occasionally bearded. The man is a true genius.
