Best thing ever!! Get the minced lamb Pide!
Highly recommend any of the Pides - the traditional Anatolian boat-shaped baked dish filled with amazing toppings. My faves: Mantarli Ispanakli, Tavuklu & Kusbasili. Don't miss the Red Lentil Soup . Read more
Try the lunch menu . Three courses for under a tenner! £6.95 in fact. Good size portions...superb flavours. Only downside is the slightly low chairs
One of my favourite restaurants in Bankside area (so far). Bortek as an appetizer is a must.
Opposite to the Globe. Food and price is reasonable. Food 7/10, service 5/10, ambience 5/10, value for money 6/10.
it's really nice taste but if you go to Istanbul at future, you should try to Bafra Pide, it's really perfect. <aclass="entity url"rel="nofollow" href="http://www.bafrapide.com"target="_blank" data-sig="nk5RMT9cpHgRHah4IWhMjNCxOzk=" onmousedown="fourSq.ui.OutgoingLink.mousedown($(this), event)" data-source="tip-text">http://www.bafrapide.com</a> Read more
Food is very good, leave some room for the chocolate cake , which is excellent
If you go for the Group menu it is a LOT of food
Try the minced beef pide ... or sucuklu..
Decent food in reasonable prices
Lovely Tapas . Next to the Globe!
Good choice of mezze
The pide's dough was good but the toppings was just ok .. Kosibacli was the best one.. Services wasn't good.. Overall it was an average experience I wouldn't be back..
Ask for the fresh chili sauce , it's fantastic and gives a nice kick to a pide!!
Nice place to sit outside and eat next to Globe Theatre . Tasty veggie options .
The pide dough was good but the minced meat was pretty boring. I prefer the classic Tas menu options.
Great staff ,amazing food! I highly recommend vegetarian foods , try turlu,patlicanli..
a fancy version of a Tas restaurants , the hummus is to die for Read more
Bloody HELL! Try the katmer for dessert . BLEW. MY. MIND.
The food quality is not as good as the food quality in the Tas restaurants in Southwark or London Bridge ... And it's more expensive ????
The smoked beef pide is amazing!
Very nice staff and food.
Very poor service and the food is rather dull. Ordered the special lunch : tasteless mussels completely covered in dough and 3 lamb meatballs as hard as stones. Don't go, find better places to eat.
Worth to give s shot to this place
Mezze ????but the hummus is average
Lahmacun and kuzu tandir was perfect! :)
Unbearably hot
This place used to be good when it first opened but now looks tired. Service is disappointing, starting with an unwelcoming front door staff member.
Sea soup was excelent. Good value for money. Great place for a group. - Cap
Great service and amazing food. Make sure you order a bowl of mercimek soup. Yum! - Isaac
Healthy food, the soup is a must try. There is a section which sells homemade products such as specialities of Turkish cheese, olive oils and condiments and fresh produces. - Simona
amazing place, love it. Different venues for different events, restaurant and a small concert room lit only by candles - friendly stuff too - Lilian D.
Spare good amount of time if you are a fan of contemporary art because this place has a massive and great collection! Dont miss the temporary exhibitions, though visiting all will take more than a day - Pinar E.
Great choices: dosa, curry, koshari street, amarettis from bread ahead. almond cookies from cinnamon tree. - Ingrina Carson
