Come see the ever-changing face of a city, a country and a world. Start at one. One World Observatory.

Phenomenal 360° views of the city . The elevator rides up to the 102nd floor while an iPad shows you a short film on how NYC looked like throughout time. Purchase your tickets online ahead of time
Book your tickets online and best to do it for the sunset time, then you can see the whole city during day light and when all the lights are up! No outside observation terrace only inside
Elevator ride up is the highlight. Amazing animation video of NYC from 1550 to the present. 47 seconds to the 102nd floor. Observatory itself just one big floor hawking souvenirs.
The most amazing view of NYC. It's a must see. I recomend to go at sunset and enjoy! Please don't reveal the surprise for next visitors. #foreversee #wtc #oneworldtradecenter
Amazing view & a must if you're visiting the city . We got anytime priority tickets but after the security check youre all dumped into same elevator line . If you're going for sunset leave a lot of time
You cannot beat these views or the experience. The staff is wonderful. We enjoyed our visit and learning about the construction , the views and NYC itself. Amazing to see your city from new heights.
A must do in NYC. Stunning views of NY. Recommend you book in advance and spend the extra $ to book the guided vip tour , so worth it!
Amazing view , the idea to make the experience as an attraction from any Disney park is awesome, the video just after going up with the elevator has an unexpected ending that by the way everybody loves
Nice view and cool elevator ride but very commercialized. Top of the Rock has better view IMO. If you have to go, buy tickets online in advance. There are many online coupons available.
Breathtaking view ! Ticket line was quite slow but once you get to the top, you find it’s totally worth the wait!
Oh my, have a Manhattan on top of Manhattan. Knocked my socks off, and helped me get over my vertigo. The cocktail waitress was wonderful, the espresso martini (with a dash of baileys) was epic
This is the most breathtaking experience i have ever had! It is a MUST DO for New York City ! Its worth every penny and more (its around $30 for a regular ticket per person).
A wonderful view from up high, and it was a delight to look at NY famous architectural landmarks from the windows. La Carmina recommended.
Pop up an hour before sunset , enjoy the views , and then snag a table in the bar for the amazing sunset . Don't forget to peep your number on the way in — #3947.
There are plenty of coupons around outside of the building that you can snag to cut the line or save a few bucks, just ask around. Don't let your trip miss out on the views from up top!
An unexpected and exciting start to the tour opens up onto views for miles and miles. A must go to get a view and orient yourself before walking around the city .
Elevator ride up is awesome and truly a spectacular 360 view of the metro area. Top of the Rick still the best view of Manhattan.
The best place to gaze at the NY cityscape . The iPad rental for $15 is worth it - it has interactive info on main sights. Bar and restaurant also on observatory level.
During the daylight is the best option to take photos of the city 'cos at night the reflection of flash at the glasses breaks the pic.
Get the sunset flex pass! You get to skip all the lines and it is the most beautiful view of the city while the sun is setting. Definitely worth the extra money.
They've got crowd control down to a science. Takes about 30-40 minutes to get through security, up to the 103rd floor and through a few quick sales pitches about pictures and a companion iPad .
the short cityscapes video before the big reveal (no spoilers!) was such a nice wow moment. shame its followed by sales team trying to sell iPads and photos. cheapens an overall good experience.
The elevator ride up and down is a brilliant idea and well executed. But, it is hard to appreciate it packed in with others. Do yourself a favor. Look it up on YouTube and take it in properly.
Amazing use of technology. The lift up was amazing, although over before I could fully process it. A shame that iPad view assistance/tours cost extra - did not think it was worth paying for.
The view is amazing, Its better than Empire State and Top of the rock that its larger space to not feel the crowd.
Incredible 360 degree views over 3 floors, bistro and gift store within
Amazing 360 views , this is the tallest building in the western hemisphere. Buy tickets in advance and stop at the restaurant for a cocktail .
Super cool experience - the elevator timelapse, handful of digital illustrations, and (rentable) interactive iPads ... but not worth the $36, or more, entry fee - especially with the place so crowded
Book online for tickets! You will get in faster. Beautiful views of the city .
Try to come early in the morning to avoid long lines (went on a Sunday morning and walked right in). Brace yourself for the elevator ride up and enjoy the view !
If you have to choose between this and top of the rock or Empire State try the last two first. Better view .
The spot is great - you get to see the whole city and beyond from one place. The restaurant is definitely a NO go, service very busy with few waiters and food is average.....
Great views and show for anyone from locals to foreigners. A bit pricey , but totally worth it for an unparalleled view .
Really hard to beat this view . Elevator takes you 102 floors in 60 seconds!
A short queue outside, then downstairs to go through security & to the lifts up to the 102nd floor. Once out the lift, there's a 4 min [pointless] 'SEE FOREVER' show, then to the observatory floor.
Great way to see #NYC without paying the helicopter, buy your tickets online and select a tour at sunset hours
So worth spending money to make it to the summit. There are always deals. But, definitely cannot miss out!
Great views , worth seeing, although overly dramatic buildup before opening door and lots of fleecing for up sells.
Great views , elevator super fast but the LED SCREENS were cool but a little nauseating from motion sickness. $32 a pop is ridic, went to a party on 102nd fl so didn't pay. Nice venue space
Amazing 360 views , this is the tallest building in the western hemisphere. Get a tour or stop the restaurant for a cocktail .
Love waiting in line ? Come to One WTC and indulge. You'll have forgotten all about the 360 views about halfway through your queuing experience.
Get your tickets to blind before going there to make sure you get a spot. If you have a ticket show up on time
Totally worth it. It's like a universal studios ride. If this is too much for you, do top of the rock.
We would prefer the nice bar to be separate from the screaming sprogs below the mezzanine, but you can't have everything, I suppose. Likewise, bugger off from hogging the view , you little shits.
Must do this if you visit New York. Nice and new and shiny.
Bring a camera with good zoom. Bring binoculars .
Queues outside this building are insane during holiday periods. Enter via the underground tunnel from Westfield Oculus (past the PATH train entrance) to skip these lines !
Amazing. Queuing won't take more than 20 mins or better buying online tickets .great view not so over crowded
Sunset time is the Best ideal time for wonderfull views . Amazing and wonderfull. You must see
The most modern and interesting elevator journey to the observatory ! Biiiig like!
we got the brussel sprouts, mushroom flatbread and arugula salad and it was pretty good. - Alyssa W
Considering the terrible service, the 18% obligatory gratuity is honestly insulting - Felipe Cepriano
