Fortune Street Park

There are a lot of picnic benches which I imagine would be nice in the summer. However they're probably for the mothers as there children running around everywhere! Good park for kids. Climbing frames

Lovely neighbourhood park shared with local white-collar workers eating from Whitecross Street Market . Good playground for kids up to 10. Next to local school and busy first thing and mid-afternoon.

Local community park . Mid week lunch times full of office workers. Over run with children weekend mornings. Occasional summer petting zoo . Coffee served from an on site shed.

Lovely little park to sit and have your lunch . But it gets extremely crowded in the summer!!

Get lunch from Whitecross Street markets many traders and come sit in the park .

Pity there are so many adults crammed into a children 's playground at lunch time !!!

The children 's play areas are for children only. Do not enter unless accompanying a child. Local families are truly fed up with folk using it for lunch .
