What I noticed while studying here is that more and more customers utilize their mobile devices to order drinks. They’re in and out in record time depending on the time of the day

This is a great place to hang out all day. AC and good looking people coming in and out. Just wish they had couches like some other locations but everyone is always friendly .

UBER DRIVER TIP! it's a great lot to park in and wait for calls you have a better chance of getting an airport run. Especially if you park by the chain-link fence that borders the airport

Store is clean , friendly & quick service . Busy during the day because its right next to the airport so parking is limited. But it's close to a lot of fast food & restaurants .

The crew here is warm and friendly , expect a greeting and vocal cashier . Remember to listen for your name when your order is ready. Also pick up a iTunes song of the week by the pick up window.

Great place to make the people you have to pick up wait for you when you can't arrive on time to the airport

Rejoice! Finally we have a Starbucks in BUR Airport . Be nice. Everyone is new.

Here twice this weekend due to a conference across at the Marriott and found service slow and unorganized each time. Not good when you're serving conference attendees and those on way to airport !

Lots of people, not so many patrons. Good place to power up during your airport wait.

Instead of driving in circles around Burbank airport , wait with delicious drinks and free wi-fi. Duh.

If you're going to eat at the Burbank airport , stop at the collection of restaurants at the entrance on Hollywood Way. Better food at better prices than inside the airport .
