These guys are great! I wasn't happy with the flavor in my coffee so they remade it with no question and it was perfect, not a lot of coffee shops will remake a drink for you

A solid 3 out of 10. Staff seems very lost; imagine first day at work kinda energy, now multiply by everyone.

I agree! The staff has always been nice...plus, they always make my drink tasty! (Not all Starbucks do it right!)

Way better then their counterparts in downtown Burbank! I'll be coming to this Starbucks from now on while I'm here!

You can temper their drip's burnt edge with half and half .

People are always friendly here never had a problem with anyone here I'm a daily cusomer here. This is by far the best starbucks I've been to!

Line gets long during weekday mornings. Plan accordingly.
