Cozy , trendy , with amazing hot chocolate and coffee . The croissants and pastries are flaky and delicious. Skip over the Starbucks and find this little nook in Montreal for a warm friendly atmosphere .

I can see how they can be cramped in the colder months. When it's warmer the patio is open and offers a lot more space. Feels great to sit outside with an espresso and chocolate croissant !

Vanessa M.

Uh-ma-zing espresso and lattes here, and the ambiance is so relaxing that you won't help but fall in love with this coffee shop ! Plus, they serve you your coffee with a smile - What is not to love?

Shadoe Huard

In the top 5 best coffee places in the City and run with passion. Some of the more experienced staff has moved on to the second location, but you'd still be hard pressed to find a better spot.

The “best coffee in Montreal” is a grand claim, but the cold brew passes my test, the music was good, and the baristas were having fun. Would recommend.

Omer Idrees

They have this awesome coop organic milk , 'run de lait' and probably one of the best tasting lattes I have had. They also feature seasonal fair trade coffees .

The café space itself exudes an intimate charm you just won’t find at a corporate franchise, possibly because it’s run by bean lovers , instead of bean counters. A purveyor of great coffee , as well as Read more

Best overall coffee using a variety of roasters including 49th Parallel , Ritual, Phil & Sebastian & NYC's Cafe Grumpy. Large cafe in a semi-sterile neighborhood close to Chinatown.

You know you're at a real coffeehouse when the menu is: french press , eva solo or siphon :-D And the espresso is by no means overrated, it really is THAT good!!

Cécile

Great little coffee shop with a terrasse on the street. Great service, delicious coffee ... Nothing else to ask for.

Geoff Barby

Great coffee for someone from Australia. Best I’ve had in Canada so far

seb

Surprisingly quiet early in the morning. You'll be in and out of here faster than at other big chains and you'll have a top quality coffee .

Marek

Good cortado properly served in mustard glasses. Their surprise filtered coffee sourced from Ethiopia wasn't as good - it had uninteresting nose and a weird "empty" taste. Also, croissants .

Alex LikesFood

Great coffee , and a tasty blueberry ginger scone !

Matthew Riley MacPherson

One of the best cafes in Montreal. Don't get your coffee to go though; the to-go cups are dreadful.

Lulu

Small but quaint cafe . Chai latte is amazing. Only downside is no wifi - not a great place to work .

Amy Johnson Cook

Great baristas, coffee and delicious pastries .

Mike Friedman

The choc-banana bread is almost as good as the service. Best espresso we've had in Montreal. Love this place.
