I get the Carny Sandwich w/ avocado and a cappuccino at least once a week. Really nice staff and everything is made to order. Cute decor, limited seating , but overall a great grab-and-go / quick meal !

Good wifi , delicious food, and very friendly vibe . It's a relatively small place and there isn't a bathroom , but haven't had any trouble getting a seat. My new neighborhood spot !

They get their matcha directly from a farm in Japan! Its so strong and smooth !!  And then there's the wine on tap :)

Everything is delicious. My personal favs: carny sandwich w avocado , strawberry ricotta on baguette , and of course their homemade jalapeño hot sauce . Staff are all cute and nice, esp in da morning!
