Absolutely fantastic! Went there for a work Christmas function and had a fantastic night. The layout wasn't crowded , allowing for a social night. Food and service first class . Would recommend to all!

Lovely hotel especially for holiday or special event . Less great for business since outlets, desk chairs, Internet quality is not at business standards. Nice views and good location.

Try the buffet breakfast at Melba restaurant . With a spread to satisfy the hungriest tummies and views across the Yarra River , this is a must-do in Melbourne. Also try: the chocolate fountain !

Prepay for brekky when you check-in, it'll save you some $s. It's also one of the best breakfast buffets I've eaten, nearly as good as that offered at The Hotel Pulitzer in Amsterdam.

They offer an amazing vegan high tea . Just book with 48hrs notice and you'll be in for a treat!!

Lovely place to stay. Beds are so comfortable and customer service is outstanding.

High tea is of the highest quality. $75 for a tiffin (which was topped up for us) bubbles, tea and self serve chocolate desserts .

The rooms are gorgeous, just like Alice in Wonderland. A must do is to relax in the spa and enjoy the amazing views of Flinders St station and Melbourne.

The rooms, the service, the whole lot - luxury and oh so gorgeous. Worth the money and I adore this place.

The bed is so comfortable you wont want to get up. Indoor pool leads to a balcony with with sun-loungers & the view of the river & Flinders station. Order some nibbles & beer/wine while you sunbathe .

Does not get better than this in Melbourne's center in terms of location. Beautiful rooms and wow service.

Enjoy the buffet breakfast if you opt for it to be included in your meal. The staff are wonderful, friendly and polite. Always review your check-out bill for any errors.

Looking to exercise after 10pm or before 6am? The 9th floor is closed, but you can enter the exercise room via the 10th floor after hours. Turn left.

Its a beautiful hotel . But be careful at the steam room which ended up with me being streaked with some weird black oily substance when I chose the steam shower..otherwise great service +++

pre-pay for the breakfast buffet on your room rate - it's great and saves you almost 30%

No 5 star hotels should charge extra for wifi . Also international travellers ripped off on credit card payments as no option to pay in local currency. Smells nice though.
