Came here for sunday lunch . Great food and great price. Staff seem distant and host made no eye contact. Not even a hello.

They cook breakfast the night before and pile it high under those low-heat warming lamps so that by morning everything has dried out but is only just tepid.

Very uncomfortable bed. Dated hotel . Nightclub underneath with gangs of dodgy looking men outside that hassle you. Great location though.

Room 238 has mould and damp all over the walls, vile smell! We complained of this, got 2 free bottles of wine vouchers and moved the next night!

Great lounge area Elliot who works the bar and Stocko the Floor Manager a great bunch of guys that really make your stay enjoyable

In weekend u will cant sleep from the lowd music in the bar even if u are in the 5th floor !

Omg this hotel is hirror movie @@ there is no porter so u should carry your bag and go through the big stairs infront of the hotel !!

The rules is the rules and no you can't check in before 2pm even if we have rooms

We book one double room and they said they sold all the rooms. To have that double room we ask for the manager which he said that he can give us a double room if we wait half an hour. Disappointed !!!

The economy rooms are great as long as you don't mind a room without a window!

Rooms are tired looking and many have no window or just a sky light. Grand stair cases though

Only two elevators and they are slow. Its faster to take the stairs to the second floor than wait for elevators

The beds feel like a foldout sofa . Thin, you can feel a bar underneath, and there's not even a bottom sheet. Just like a roach motel .

Just one guy at the reception and 20 people in the cue. I am scared to see my room after I saw the reviews ....

Room 434 has blood stains all over the carpet in front of the blood stained bathroom door....

Quiet rooms are on the back away from the street noise.

Looks fascinating from the outside. But, it's so creepy inside.

Not very recommendable, the whole room trembles due to the local disco :-( Really regret my choice ...

Always get an executive room . Economy rooms have no windows.... That's what the staff say and other customers

Most rooms smell of smoke, watch out for shower caps on the smoke alarms, very unsafe

Looks a lot nicer from the outside. If they try put you on the 6th floor, refuse - no windows. And their wifi just doesn't work.

Cheap , but if a non smoker ask for a room that's not had smokers in.

It looks good but not worth. No proper ventilation in rooms, AC was not working. They have 3 wifi available and all 3 sucks.

Get rooms with window as da rooms doesnt come with a/c

This is a horror hotel . No A/C. No fan. No iron, crappy TVs . Horrendous customer service. It's better to rent an apartment than stay here
