My absolute favorite museum in Paris . Only the building itself is worth seeing and then Van Gogh, Renoir , Monet , Manet, Gauguin, Degas, Picasso and all their friends will keep you company. Must go

One of my favorite museums , the musée d'Orsay is in a charming, beautiful building and houses a large collection of impressionist pieces . I recommend a visit to their beautiful tea room as well

The museum located near Seine river . Structural details must be seen inside and outside. You can see many works of famous artists .It was amazing for me cause of i saw Van Gogh's (my best) works.

One of the best museums in Paris ! Could spend days here and they have special exhibitions from time to time. The highlights are Van Ghou and Monet . Be sure to get the audio guide.

The Musée d’Orsay is housed in a beautiful converted Beaux-Arts railway station, with masterpieces from Van Gogh & Claude Monet to name a few.Start on the 5th floor “impressionist gallery ”

Houses the great artworks from Van Gogh and Monet . Make sure to go straight up to the top floor to get a glimpse of the masterpieces before working your way down to the ground floor.

Worth visiting just for a view inside the amazing building – the art is an added bonus. My favs: Toulouse-Lautrec, van Gogh and Cézanne. Visit the upper floors for a view out through the clock faces.

Go to the Louvre because you have to. But come to the Orsay to be amazed from start to finish...from the architecture to seeing what seems like every blockbuster painting in Western civilization.

Recommend heading straight for the top floor to see the rockstar works of Monet , Renoir , Cezanne, Degas, etc. You don't want to be at the end of your visit and out of energy to enjoy these.

Inspiring & delightful! You can easily spend a whole day if you're interested in the collection. They offer combined tickets with Musée de l'Orangerie and Musée Rodin as well .

The express line (museum pass, line C, library entrance) is still super long and at least an hour wait at 10am. Getting the museum pass is a must. And come before 9 (before open) to get a head start

The building itself is a work of art , and the Impressionist gallery up on the 5th floor is outstanding. The whole museum is a pleasure, and worth the wait to get in.

As for me, it was the best museum i visited in Paris. You better start from the 5th floor, where are all the best of impressionist , and than go all the way down to the first floor.

The exhibits are amazing and it always has temporary exhibits too. Might take a little too long to get in. If you can afford it, avoid it on the days with free entrance

The best museum in Paris . Its size allows you to see it all in one day, the building (an old train station ) is gorgeous and you can see the best of impressionism (Monet , Rembrant, Van Gogh) up close!

Great museum not only for the arts but also for its architecture . Deserves a visit. Free admission under 25yo. Manageable to visit within 3 hours.

Amazing impressionists collection! Be sure to buy your ticket in advance to avoid the queues. Plan at least 4 hours to see everything. Better combine the ticket with Musée d'Orangerie.

Next to the Lourve, the next must-go-to museum in Paris . Impressionist collection is amazing. Has Monet , Van Gogh, Renoir , Toulouse-Latrec, Degas, etc. New collections located at level 5.

Beware the first Sunday of the month when the museum is free to all and queues can easily reach an hour long. Beautiful main hall and exhibits but little compared to the Louvre .

They have a large collection and one room seems to be better than the other! Buy tickets online and save yourself from lining up. It can get a bit cool in there too!

Forget the Louvre : this is the best museum in Paris . The building is gorgeous and the collection is stunning. Reserve at least 3 hours to see everything - on all the flours, and more for exhibitions .

Wonderful museum . Check out the van Gogh on the 2nd floor and then head up to the 5th floor and check out the impressive collection of impressionists . Find the view from the top from there.

Don't miss the Opera Garnier exhibit , located on the ground floor near the cafe . A truly amazing display, with a cross section of the building and a "birds-eye view " of the Opera's neighborhood .

Nestled on the Left Bank of the River Seine, the museum is housed in a Beaux-Arts railway station. It has the largest collection of Impressionist and post-Impressionist masterpieces in the world.

In my opinion, this is the best museum in Paris . Of course you still have to go to The Louvre , but the light, presentation and experience at the Orsay is splendid. Don’t skip it.

Come for the (neo)impressionist stuff on the top floor and the beautiful building.Cheaper to wait in line to buy tickets. Also, if you're planning to do Rodin or Orangerie, get a combo ticket

This is one of my favorite places in Paris. The museum in itself is beautiful and there are a lot of different kinds of arts . Go upstairs to see the clock window.

You don't have time in Paris? Skip Du Louvre and go here. DO NOT MISS IT. This building is a masterpiece with so many great piece if arts . I spent more time here than Louvre !

Forget Le Louvre , Musée d'Orsay is without a doubt the best museum in Paris . The artwork if primarily from the 19th century, so you can expect a lot of impressionist and neo-impressionist artwork.

This building was originally a railway station that first allowed travelers to reach the capital in 1900. Might want to start at the top to see the most well known pieces.

I remember when this was an actual train station--what they've done here is stunning. It is organized superbly to get in; once you do, it is a beautiful place. The side rooms of photography are great

Beautiful premises. I loved the Van Gogh rooms and the sculptures in ground floor lit with natural light . Museum shop quite banal. Restaurants are all very expensive

No photography allowed inside most of the museum but when you're up on one of the 5th floor platforms you are allowed take a great shot of this old train station .

Audio guide is well worth it. Also try to take an official guided tour - our guide was phenomenal for 6 euros. One of the best galleries in the world.

Interactive museum , welcoming, dynamic, organized and beautiful. Even liked the Louvre , the proposal, although the works of the Louvre are more significant for the history of art .

The impressionist exhibit is great. Great alternative to the Louvre for those looking to spend a few hours vs a whole day. I would highly recommend buying tickets beforehand!

The floor of impresionism was excelent, you can see Monet , Manet, Cezane, Renoir , Van Gogh and even Picasso. recommend to book tickets online to avoid queue !!! very easy and comfortable

fantastic museeum. the pictures are in the quantity/quality-ratio much better than in the Louvre . the paintings from William Bouguereau are awesome. good high class restaurant at the 2nd floor.
