Beautiful and massive park between the Place Concorde and the Louvre was once the sculpted gardens of a palace of the same name. Now a great place to stroll, sit or peoplewatch.

Steffen Hannover

Good to know on hot and sunny days: There are several free drinking water taps inside the garden : Two on either side of the big octagonal fountain near Concorde, and some more along the central alley.

Jana A. Kri

A forever favourite. Perfect for long walks (as it’s rather big), but also for chilling around (as it’s well-fragmented). Plenty of water surfaces and some art here and there.

Karen

Absolutely gorgeous. Don't miss out on taking the walk from Place de la Concorde to the Musee du Louvre, or vice versa.

Ideal to visit on your way back from 'Le Louvre' to 'Concorde' place and the 'Champs-Elysees' ! Tuileries used to be the Royal gardens next to the Louvre & Tuileries castles until the 18th century...

Located, in OldTown, just next to Louvre. Big; with fountains , scaptures, green areas (forbidden for public), and dusty sandy pathways. Perfect for good weather, for weekend, great for people watching

Buy a bottle of wine , take something to eat & a little sound system : this is the best picnic place during summer. When the sun goes down and wine goes up you'll enjoy the Eiffel Tower and Louvre view .

If you are limited on time in Paris this park can be the only one to visit. Beautiful. Located between the Louvre Museum and Place de la Concorde. Views of the Eiffel Tower
