Friendly service , clean rooms . Nice breakfast with great cappuccino . Decor a little dated. Rooms quite noisy from outside road and the internal corridors.

Choose smartly and you can get a deal with free wifi and free breakfast . The breakfast is great. Pays to get one of the bigger rooms though. They're newly renovated and pretty damngood.

Only good if you stay in the Executive or deluxe Rooms which had been renovated and looks great! Standard rooms are tiny and old. Great breakfast and perfect location !!!

Extremely polite and helpfull staff . Beds are comfortable and great breakfast .

Wifi speed depends highly on the room you are in - some rooms have great internet, e.g room 118 and some rooms barely get a connection, e.g room 215

Rooms are clean and nice but very small. Good choice for a couple of nights, very close to Termini train and subway station .

This is a well run, friendly little hotel situated close to Termini . I'd stay here again.

Classic rooms are very hot during winter. Had to keep the windows open because the AC wasn't cooling the room.

Not a fresh hotel in a suspect and a not nice area of Rome. Staff in the reception is not nice either. The walls are so thin that you hear everything from your nieghbors. The breakfast is so poor!

Courtyard under construction . Careful walking at nights. Free Internet (when it works).

Courtyard room is extremely quiet and lovely.

Camere pulite e di design ma molto piccole. Adatto per un paio di notti. Ottimo per chi arriva/parte dalla Stazione Termini. Personale molto gentile.
