One of the best all inclusive resorts I've ever stayed. Can't wait to go back. Food, drinks and service was excellent! The beach front rooms are so spacious !

Nice adults only resort . They market themselves as premium but liquor is far from it. Great and friendly service . Avoid their annoying VIP services. Best restaurant is Market Cafe ; avoid Dragons.

Views from preferred club levels, not far from the night clubs excellent staff ...say NO to VIP presentation unless prepared to spend thousands being a member!

The dinner at the Dragons Oriental was awesome, too bad I discovered at the end of my trip. Great option for couples.

There's not enough space to write on here, but this place was amazing. The staff was very polite and courteous and the quality of everything was superb. Just know they may pitch the vacation club.

One of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in anywhere in the world. Incredible food, great drinks and wonderfull staff ! No doubt... Definitely recommendable!

Each Secrets has its own personality. The Vibe is great and that's largely thanks to the amazing staff . Don't forget to tip ????

Beautiful resort ! If you want an amazing view , I highly recommend upgrading to Preferred.

Love the Preferred benefits and the view from the balcony is worth the extra expense . The upper pool is also a nice touch with the preferred benefit.

It's just great. Get a room overlooking the pool :) and the higher the floor the better the view !!!

The views were great! The service was good. The food was very average at best. When they say tips are included, beware. Everyone expects a tip. Everyone.

Bring ur own wifi w/ u..... lol, j/k..... Wifi works in ur room, very spotty everywhere else.

I've traveled to many places but hands down THE BEST.

Service was good but food & drink was hit or miss and pools need refurbishing

Avoid the peak times and have your dinner at 6:00pm or 9:00pm!

Ask for the "Wine Pairings " at 5:00pm.

El hotel es muy bonito, en la comida, lo mejor son las cenas , el restaurante italiano me pareció de lo mejor y no necesitas reservar como en otros hoteles de all inclusive, totalmente recomendable

Las habitaciones son cómodas y acogedoras . La vista es extraordinaria, de un lado el Mar Caribe y del otro la laguna de Nichupté. Todos son muy amables y eficientes

All Inclusive en Cancun, de lo mejorcito en Cancún sin desembolsar gran cantidad de dinero. El restaurante italiano y comida meditarreana de lo mejor. Se pueden saltar el asiático y el de cortes.

Nuevo,moderno y muy cómodo. El servicio supera expectativas, el único pero es que no hay reservaciones en los restaurantes y en los de alta demanda hay lista de espera hasta de 2 horas. Recomendable.

Excelentes habitaciones , pero el trato de los empleados hacia visitantes mexicanos es pésimo: en la playa no nos querían dar popotes para nuestras bebidas cuando a los gringos hasta en el vaso.
