The Yoga pods are not only heated to a comfortable degree, but the illumination is quite relaxing. Great to fully immerse in the flow Yoga .
The best hot yoga classes in East LDN. Catherine Weston's classes are challenging but amazing. Expect strong vinyasa flow and a lot of sweat! ????????????
the best possible calming and warming start to the day. The week trial was great, i'm definitely signing up for more classes .
