Great location at old Scotland Yard, right by the river , Covent garden and all things lovely in London. Make sure you ask for a room with a view or a large room, though! Or you could be disappointed.

Check that the bed isn't too hard for you but enjoy the lovey invigorating shower and turn up the volume in the room to hear the audio on the bath TV . Don't forget your iPhone from the iPhone dock!

Extremely poor service. Had the maintenance guy get in my room despite the ‘DND’ sign & no maintenance issue & leave a ladder in the room. Power shut during the stay. Poor WiFi & restaurant service.

Beds are incredibly firm, sleeping on the floor maybe be softer

fab club witch! The bed was ok, the service horrible (except the doormen ). They forgot 2 include towels in the bathroom & left left the dirty one in the room. Horrible service when checking out.

Try room 121 if you want a sauna-like room with faulty AC and windows painted shut.
