Service is very good. But furnishing in hotel and rooms are old. Standing showers are in harbour view rooms. Spacious room & comfortable bed . Would be good if they renovate the rooms.

It's a great hotel and show class what HK is all about! Good service and friendly , feel like royalty , buffet at cafe cool and summer palace for dim sum is a must if you have time.
