Not the highest but definitely one of the nicest rooftop bars ! It's located in Club Street, which is a perfect destination for Friday nights. Also good for seeing old Singapore shop houses.
Since the opening 6 years ago, I've loved the Screening Room for it's unique concept, beautiful spaces, delicious food, quaint rooftop bar and the overall design. A must visit for anyone!!

Atmosphere is nice. There's always a breeze. Not much space but we managed to find a spot to sit. Staff was rude and grumpy. Made you feel bad for ordering. Cocktails are ok. Some felt non-alcoholic.
