I asked another shop assistant, he has totally no product knowledge . Just tai-chi away everything "it is third party product, I don't know"?!! Then why are you selling something not supported by Sony?
They call it "Sony Experience Centre", what an experience! When I approach one shop assistant, he told me it's not his expertise, I should ask another guy...
