Colonial fort now poses as a park , worth a nosey round and sit under the many trees . Sunday gets a little lovers lane in the afternoon.

Do not confuse the Gothic Gates at Canning Green as the Fort Gate. The sturdy fort gate (with heavy doors) is further up the hill , behind the Fort Canning Centre
