Go on Friday nights because Hilton Hawaiian Village next door has fireworks ! Make reservations EARLY!!!! Ask for table 70, you won't regret it and you'll be thanking me for the suggestion. :-)

Be sure to check out Mt. Kaala Coffee Company in the lobby - fantastic locally roasted beans. Employees of other hotels *ahem* walk over here for the best lattes in the neighborhood .

Not the best oysters I've ever had but I did love the preparation: ahi tartar and lilikoi mignonette. Def worth a taste.
