The store is enormous and nicely merchandised on each floor but they need more staff to provide the right customer service that the consumers expect from a brand such as Hugo Boss.
We had a wonderful experience. The blond lady who assisted us was careful and respectful, plus, she really took care of us with her hospitality and service. Thank you very much, we will be back!
