The brunch set here are great !!! And I'm shocked how they are able to keep their top notch service after three years of opening !
Tea always expertly prepared and beautifully served. Eggs Benedict a personal favourite and the patisserie is outstanding. Excellent value for HK.
White house tea is white tea with roses and berries . Nice flavour with strong anti-oxidising power. Lovely match up with light savoury stuff like the Croque Monsieur !
Singapore breakfast tea is a blend of green tea and black tea with vanilla and spices. The flavour is complex and unique. Good to enjoy on its own or with dessert .
Macaron is a must try in here, a close match to Pierre's. ! Napoleon Tea & Caramel & Grand Weddig Tea , Passion fruit & Coconut are yum!
Teas here are divine! The aromas leave a lasting impression on your senses. Dessert & pastries were delicious. Try the earl grey ice-cream & Silvermoon tea ! However, main course food was average.
Both Bain de Roses tea and Amour de the are Darjeeling tea mixed with roses . Strong in floral aroma and good for drinking on its own or with light dessert .
Their tea sets are not cheap but 3 ppl can share. Just get extra teas . The ham sandwich is SO GOOD. Definitely try the Napoleon Tea and Caramel macaroon !
Geisha blossom tea is green tea with refreshing Southern fruits . Good to drink on its own or with fruity or citrus dessert .

The idea of burgers being cooked with tea is strange to everyone, but if I got back in time, I will probably order three of those!
French Earl Grey , Grand Wedding Tea and 1837 Black Tea are great match up with dessert ! Silver Moon Tea is light and nice drinking on its own.
Earl Grey Pu Er was divine. Scones with clotted cream & tea jelly perfect. Mouth puckering lemon tart . Just the way I like it.
Both 1837 Black Tea and Grand Wedding tea are strong and aromatic. Perfect to go with dessert , especially chocolate cakes !
Quality of muffins not good, while scones have good texture with good quality tea jam and clotted cream .
Very decent tea in IFC. Remember that they don’t refill your tea when you drink the pot.
Long line ups here. Tea selection is huge so it's up to you if you want to wait in line !
Strawberry mille-feuille with matcha cream tastes good and the pastry is nicely made. Would be better if it's more crunchy though.
Singapore breakfast tea ice-cream is smooth and tastes good although the tea note is not obvious. Bain de Roses tea sorbet is not impressive.
Caramel pear cake tastes so good! Private hour tea is not impressive though.
Oolong has it been going on?
They certainly do their tea well ... But if you're there for lunch you'll be served bread rolls reheated in the microwave!
HKD 20 per macaroon , expensive than Singapore, still the best I've ever tried.

Mandarin chocolate grand wedding cake tastes so good! Great match up with aromatic French Earl Grey tea !
Tea selection is good but pricey . Had the chocolate fondant which was lovely, apple tart was very average.
Love Rose zephyr tea and their fruit cakes , chocolate ones are not so good

Macarons have good texture. Taste nice but a bit too sweet and no flavour of tea can be tasted as suggested by their names.
Not that extraordinary. The decor. , atmosphere and price did a great the job here. You know what I meant.
