quickly becoming my favorite farmers market in the 5 boroughs - not as extensive as Union Square but you can get pretty much anything you need. And Dr. Pickle

Andrea Hong

Open every Sun, this is a lovely farmers market with fresh produce and a diverse range of locally made treats and spreads. I'm a sucker for the front stand's fresh fruit samples every time!

Taiowa Waner

Great selection of fresh produce and cooked food. Grab a biscuit , coffee , and a gourmet soda . They also have sweets and savory food vendors. A lot less crowded than the Prospect Park market .

Park Slope Farmers Market is open Sun. 10am-5pm. You can also redeem your Health Bucks this market . Learn more about Health Bucks at http://on.nyc.gov/ateSJ6.

Tamar Kornblum

Totally different from GAP market - lots of small production, locally prepared foods (yogurt , sodas , hummus ). Great samples if you're just a teeny bit hungry.

eric bornemann

Good smaller Sunday morning market . Sausages are pretty great.

Lin da

Love the pickled mushrooms and edamame dip

Check out the Calcutta Kitchens stand! Aditi makes amazing simmer sauces, perfect for an easy weekday dinner .

Donny Tsang

Sausages from Brooklyn Cured is the best. Get a pack of chicken chorizo , curry goat and breakfast sausages .

Margot Mazur

Cute little market but don't expect much in terms of organic produce . It's usually mostly focused on artisan food vendors.

Hugh Wilson

Chocolate is rich. Strawberries succulent. Cider delicious. But the pickles at Dr.Pickle are seriously the best I've ever eaten.

Ben Huff

When every other f market just has potatoes in Jan these dudes have broc and kale . Shout out to that!

Cody McBurnett

Brad's fresh, handmade tempeh has to be tried to be believed. It is rich, nutty, and has converted this tempeh skeptic into a believer.

Elisa Cool

Stop by Dr Pickle . You get treats to taste and a show. Fun guys!

Scott Kleinberg

Nice oasis in the middle of the city .

Alex Rainert

Go-Go Pops make some pretty great, natural pops that are really refreshing to eat and not too sweet.

Monica Lo

Pick up pickled green tomatoes from Dr. Pickle and fresh Brooklyn-grown tempeh from Barry's Tempeh .

Jason Oliver

Try and buy the Gourmet Butter Company! Roasted garlic is my favorite.

Helena Wong

Big fan of Dr. Pickles ..try the pickled mushrooms !

This has quickly become a viable alternative should you miss Saturday's market at Grand Army Plaza .

Christine Be

Get the French bread here to go with the Camembert you also got here. Be transported back to Paris.

Zachary Moss

who would've thought you could get awesome wine at a farmer's market ? check out Brooklyn Oenology for great local wine

Monica Lo

I pick up pickled green tomatoes & pickled mushrooms from Dr. Pickle every week. Amazing!
