Squash blossoms at couple of stands, they were directly opposite actually. At each stand $5/box w/ appox 15 blossoms, it's a great deal. They're perfect fried & stuffed w/ ricotta or cashew cream👍👍
Mobbed around 11 am, especially in warmer weather, but always worth it. Look for the nice guys who sell various (gluten-free and regular) biscotti .

It gets very crowded and frenetic at times, so it’s a good idea to carry small dogs in bags, or leave them at home.

LOTS of fresh stuff for any budget. Even plenty of fresh produce for $1 a lb.. plus, its a farmer's market (not a big chain store!)
Go early because the narrow sidewalk gets crowded with dogs and strollers as the day progresses. Open year-round!

The green market is great. It’s here on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They have very fresh fruits and vegetables. Some stands have plants. Baked goods are a treat! The prices are higher that the supermkt - Mei Tam
