On hot summer days, there's a patch of shade on the edge of the new Astroturf, in front of the house. Get there before 10 to claim a spot.
Weekdays during the school year, avoid this place from like 11:30-12:45. At that time it is overrun with middle school students and there will be no place to sit. A nice park but not much shade.
Great playground and splash pad for kids in the hot and humid summer. Bring a change of clothes or it’s a wet stroller ride home.
We call this “the magic park ” for a reason.
Gets crowded quickly. Beware the water feature . But clean and safe, with amenities nearby.
Brooklyn Pride’s 25th Anniversary was amazing! The sun broke through late in the afternoon. It shines on everyone and Love is Love!
Concave benches make for a happier back when sitting down and watching the kids play!
Perfect park , sprinklers, soccer field , garden , can’t forget the ice cream truck always in front!
Great park little shade but around water features are big sharp angular rocks, what were they thinking? Lawsuit waiting to happen.
The new playground is amazing. The controls for the water are in your hands!
Super nice place to hang out and rest.
Just opened after 13 months closed. The water spray toys and climbing features are legit.

Just renovated and it's a kid's summer dream. Literally have running water to play in everywhere
Watch out for teens running around in toddlers' area during the lunch break

Over 200 American Revolution Patriots died here during the Battle of Brooklyn.
The playground is finally open and it's a madhouse already
