Quality free tour every 20 minutes, the visit lasts about 1/2h. The items on display are quite interesting. One of the best way to spend a bit of time in Paris without paying a penny.

Shop was great and the service was excellent but honestly it felt like a glorified mall sale. We rushed through the actual museum part and the main focus was the pricing on the perfume .

It's not really a museum . It's more like a very special shop, where the salespeople tell you the history of perfume . The perfume is absolutely gorgeous. You will be happy every time you smell it.

Absolutely breathtaking museum ! The perfume bottle is a jewel that sits on the boudoir...learn about the history of perfume and Grasse.

Getting the history of perfume was interesting and smelling all the fragrance’s.

Try to listen very interesting commentary about parfems and you can try some of them or buy them

Too commercialized and the staff here are not friendly at all.i would skip even if i have parispass as the free gift is just a perfumed wet tissue.wasting time to come here

The cashiers there had very bad attitude.

مايصلح لغير المتحدثين بالانجليزية. الموظفين لطيفين وبالهم وسيع. No arabic guidance but the staff are nice and helpful
