When I went there few days ago, a lady was trapped in the lift resulting in the lift maintenance...pls use the stairs...can't trust the lift unless there's an elderly...

The book bug booth is not fantastic.... but penguin appearance makes up for everything

Maybe I'm spoilt but this Branch is smelly. Maybe the carpets are too old... Or they should add some fragrance to the air-con system (think ION orchard). I'll wear a face mask the next time I visits.

When booking project rooms, never book the one with windows it give a shitty view !!
