The folks working behind the counter are almost never in a good mood during rush hour . And sometimes there's an aggressive homeless man hanging outside. But Starbucks is Starbucks, amirite??
A patron snatched my drink order and when I asked for a new one, the annoyed barista purposely put the lid on screwy and I got coffee all down my shirt 👎
