4 star hotel totally exceeded my expectations. Clean , comfortable , warm, luxurious and a very friendly and helpful staff .
Great lounge — tip the staff and you'll get super service! Reception staff get very slow when they're busy but be polite and they'll go out of their way to help you.
A lovely contemporary hotel in Rome for leisure, business and conference guests in the heart of the capital, close to the Termini Station and Opera House.
You'll have everything for a perfect vacation here – friendly staff , great location, and excellent service.
Take a stack of free wifi sheets so you can just go thru them I you need more time
Heating system only works between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
Don't expect to find skimmed milk at breakfast or an iron in your room. Nice rooms, tiny gym

The worst hotel I've been staying at. The rooms DO really need renovation, everything is so old it makes you feel disgusted! There is mold in the bathroom , air conditioner is leaking! Awful!

Wi-fi does not work! This is unacceptable for 4stars hotel! Инет пашет через раз, грузит все страницы по полчаса в лучшем случае. Для отеля 4**** это факинг шит!
