Very comfortable rooms , and great downtown location. The Turkey Club sandwich at the Grille restaurant was fantastic and so was the Tomato Bisque soup .

Lobby and front desk staff are super nice! Rooms are cute with character and high ceilings . Much nicer than any other HGI I've stayed at

They've made a lot of improvements to the general areas as well as the rooms, even having a floor comprised of suites only. Check out this spot if you're staying downtown!

Upper floors with a view to the West have a great look at Miss Victory at the top of the circle monument .

The mirrors in the bathroom are awesome! You can do your hair and makeup right after a shower !

I was dissatisfied with the French onion soup and they have me a hand written note with a gift certificate for another meal!

Express parking is only a block away and is $8 less than valet . Quicker, cheaper, and you can pick where your valuable vehicle is parked!

To give them the benefit of the doubt maybe it was a slow day but no valet came up to us and we had to find someone to check us in. The rooms were clean though.

People at the service desk are more than kind. The bed in our room was horrible. a Sleep Number but maybe broken? Never changed. Horrible sleep. And change the air filters!! I will not stay again.

If you like toilets that don't flush, room service buttons that do nothing & cold-tepid showers , this is the hotel for you. I've stayed many times and each is just OK but this one really disappointed.

Valet parking is awful. Very slow.
