This is my favorite Best Buy, great service, check the special on iPhones.

contrary to some other tips on here, i've found the customer service to be great. answered every question i came up with. no complaints really.

Good spot if you enjoy pairing electronics shopping with Costco & Toys R Us chaos (next door), otherwise. Best Avoided.

There is lots of potential for this Best Buy. They actually have made great improvements in their level of customer service. Good job hiring more dedicated employees.

Quick service , but packed with locals

The state of the women's restroom is absolutely unacceptable. Also, there are not enough sales people on the Pacific Sales side of the store.

I enjoy having electronics from best buy

Had screen put on iPad by Geek Squad. Great service at 4pm.

The parking is awful. Just park in the back and walk up.

Now w/ Pacific Sales Home & Kitchen. Seems to have stepped up staffing + customer service game.

Customer service has been great.

One of the worst locations I've been too. Never enough employees on the floor. And the ones that are on the floor are too concerned about texting on their phones instead of working.
