Genius Bar is amazing. This is the least congested apple store I've been in, in LA. More employees than customers.

MARIA IS THE BEST! She was exceptionally helpful working with me, my bf, our phones (&even my pc) for almost 2hours! AVOID JUSTYN AT ALL COSTS! He has a bad attitude &gives TERRIBLE customer service!!

The watches are on display now. Everyone in the store very friendly and knowledgeable .

The worst Genius Bar I’ve been in my life. They took my Apple Watch away for four days, then they gave back it to me saying that they couldn’t reproduce the issue, so they couldn’t do anything about.
