The perfect place in London to have the proper 4 o'clock tea . Hot homemade ginger scones , perfect jasmine tea , 20's music , british vintage tea set and the perfect art decorations...
Good veggie bar food with vegan & gluten & nut free options. Amazing tofu fish & chips . Doggies welcome downstairs, but it gets quite busy & noisy . Traditional old school pub with good whiskey .
Not cheap , but food was great. Tofush and chips (no mushy peas though), shepherds pie and lots of other stuff. Worth visiting, perhaps only once though. The availability of Leffe is worth it.
The vegan 'fish ' and chips with homemade tartare sauce is amazing.
The best pub I’ve ever been to! The guy at the piano and everyone singing along was awesome! ❤️
A wonderful pub that really is unchanged from the 1970s and a good thing that is. Famous for Jeffrey Bernard is unwell and private Eye
Vegan fish and chips is the only thing you need to know about this vegetarian pub . It's about time they made battered tofu that doesn't fall apart and as someone who's not even vegan , Tofush forever!
Try the sausages , braised red cabbage & cranberry relish ! Doesn't taste much like sausages but delicious! Tofush and Chips is also a fun UK vegan option here!
A classic-feeling english pub , that serves only vegetarian/vegan food! We had vegan fish & chips and a Sunday vegan roast. :-)
Cosy warm and unique pub in Soho, the most distinctive in the area.
The food was nothing to rave about. Greasy pub grub . But it's vegan , easy and central. The Saturday sing along is great fun to meet tourists and locals alike.
I got a table and then had to leave because there were no gluten free options (I had read somewhere that there were). If you are a veggie who can eat gluten: tofush and chips sounds very intriguing.
It's vegetarian !!! And people sing there! Beer is fine, and food is fresh. What else? I enjoyed it:)
This Soho pub is famous for its literary associations. It hosts a fortnightly lunch for staff of satirical magazine Private Eye , and was the haunt of legendary journo and drinker Jeffrey Bernard .
Amazing vegetarian and vegan pies upstairs in the hidden dining room
Awesome pub . Friendly , good atmosphere. Loved it.
Real neat singalong pub with the fab magic betty on piano
Cute English pub . Vegetarian friendly and has a literary past. Food is pricey though.
Proper pub . Wednesday night piano nights are great fun.
They are under new management so for the time being their kitchen is closed. One of the bartenders said it should be up and running in a few weeks.
Good vibe and food but the toilets are disgusting and a good reinterpretation of the Trainspotting toilet !
Nice selection of ales . Try mini burgers
Food was fantastic, traditional fresh home cooked pub food , not a brand, not re-heated, and the menu changes everyday. Recommended - just don't tell the tourists .
Claims to be London's first vegetarian/vegan pub....apart from the menu, this place has successfully avoided being renovated over the years. Exactly the same as it was over 20 years ago...
great boozer good fun & great food
London's first vegetarian pub . Norman's moved on but the bar still advertises Double Diamond.
Great service and amazing peanut butter desert !
Secret tea room upstairs . Book 3-4 days in advance.
No more Jeff Bernard, but singalongs on Wednesday and Saturday are fun
Filled with characters and stories.
A nice glass of Carlsbourg is served here.
Really enjoyed the Tofush and Chips
First time said " vegan pub " , amazing...
Piano, coconuts and tambourine comes out for a good knees up
Genuine London pub with bags of character. And pickled eggs .
Don't buy the Stella wa and never seen a bubble in its life!
If you like pickled eggs this place is heaven
Friendly staff and great crowd!!!
I loved it! Wonderful!
first vegan pub experience... Success!
Try the delicious sausage rolls - I think they're from the Ginger Pig
Grab a pint in Soho here.
Great for vegetarian food !
Hire out the private room upstairs for relaxed good times or party fun times
Vegetarian menu
Live Piano on Saturday nights is always worth a peek.
The ground floor smells like a toilet . The bartender rude beyond belief. Walked out. Pity - really wanted to try the all veg fare.
Vegetarian bar food !
Hmm, not what I expected. This is good, by the way; how refreshing to find an old pub that hasn't turned gastro. This, is the real thing you guys.
Unfortunately disappointing. Two mains including the fish and chips were not available. The buns on the burger broke apart like stale old bread .
My fav pub in East London to chill out after a troubled weekend! The Bloody Mary is top notch and you can enjoyed in a lovely beer garden. Food is also very good! - Mela Mel
Awesome boozer. Lots of cider and great banter too. Loves it ;) x - charlie beety
Best pub near to Kings Cross, hidden away in a side street, with good beer and live music - Dan Calladine
Excellent wine choice and Belgian beers. Cozy and friendly place where locals go too. - Jörg
Best pub in Soho, great ales, good atmosphere. Very traditional ... You will love it! - Mj Burt
Have been to Harry Potter and the Cursed Child! It was nice experience, especially Part I. The theatre is not big and cosy, would definitely return (to try the first row of Dress Circle) - Alexander Polukord
