Best pub near to Kings Cross , hidden away in a side street, with good beer and live music

Traditional single room pub , bonkers stuff on the walls, decent jukebox , really laid-back atmosphere. Beer can be hit and miss but it's definitely unique, and very friendly .

Small but a cosy vibe and a piano for those musically inclined - not sure if visitors are permitted to play but it looks ready for a hoedown.

We heard a rumour that the guv'nor has a working cannon in the basement . You didn't hear it from us, though, right?

v.friendly bar staff - and a novelty in that they'll allow you to bring in your own food. the pizza + chinese takeaways over the road both deliver here for you to enjoy in the pub .

Old pub with old fashioned attitude towards women. Wife got out a scarf so she could breastfeed baby discreetly. Barman told her from across room 'Do you think that's appropriate?' & told us to leave.

Best pub in kings cross . Bar none.
