The Clock of Andronicus Kyrristus, constructed in the 1st century BC, was a hydraulic clock . On each face of the clock can be seen bas-reliefs of the eight winds.
This historical beauty is situated right under the Acropolis behind Monastiraki. The entire scenery surrounding the Tower is so magical that for a moment you may feel as if you were in Ancient times!!
Octagonal marble clocktower built around 51BC. One of the best preserved buildings in the agora.
The frieze which represents the winds and their personalities is the most interesting part of the building and deserves a closer look.
The great grandfather of all clock towers and weather stations!
Impressive!
Part of the Roman agora , very nice
Only thing that stands out of the Roman Agora site

Must see in Athens. View from outside is also great as inside since you can see a lot from outside. So dont worry if it is closed :) - Cenker Köse
Beautiful temple, with a lot of details. Well preserved. Nice garden and surroundings. Quiet place when raining, so take advantage if you have bad weather like us! - Sander Zuurhout
We visited it in the middle of the day, and it was not crowded. It is also an excellent option to buy Acropolis joint tickets to escape the long queue there. - Amirpasha Mozaffari
