If you can afford to live here...DO IT!! Unlike any other environment in San Antonio. Walking distance to multiple restaurants , incredible shops, and scenic river walk! Love it!
This is "unique" shopping for those one-of-a-kind finds from local artists . Check out the weekend outdoor Farmer's Market . Quaint coffee shops , varing culinary choices for an all day excursion.
Very sparse shopping, and mostly high-end and 'precious', but nice for an hour or so of sauntering and coffee sips, topping the day with snacks or dinner . (Nice photo ops!)
Pearl Brewery place is AWESOME! Bring the little ones to enjoy the new splash pad park in the hot summer days! ☀️

Akin to the high line in NYC along the riverwalk with the zeroscaping they've done but without the deep history. Would make a nice running route if staying downtown.
