Jo's actually has a large food menu including simple sandwiches and breakfast tacos . Sometimes all you want is a tuna melt or a grilled cheese .

Austin friendly with excellent coffee . Can be a little tourist-laden at times but you can't beat their breakfasts

stumptown coffee , harry bertoia chairs at the bar , outdoor seating and tables aplenty, tacos for breakfast only and ham cheese melt + fries are great for lunch

I loved the veggie burger ! One of the bests I’ve ever eaten. Came second time tonight to eat it again before I leave Austin. I saw the drag show on Thursday for RPDR screening and loved it.

Perfect for a leisurely day on south congress. The ice teas are strong and you get 2-3 free refills. A lot of seating options and tons to watch for...especially those birds!

Get an iced turbo . You literally have to, I insist on it. If you can make it here early enough, they have some of the best breakfast tacos I've had but THEY WILL RUN OUT.

Breakfast tacos ! I had the Migas and the egg and potato , both delicious, both vegetarian . The green sauce is really hot, but so good!

The menu says “housemade” veggie burger , but it’s a beyond burger that tastes like it was grilled right along with the regular burgers .

A hopping place in the morning but you can always grab the simple pre-made breakfast tacos and get out quickly with a delicious bite

No one makes bigger or better breakfast tacos . You can also get them with a corn tortilla !

order one "ready to go" breakfast taco , and a second breakfast taco custom "made to order" from the kitchen. they'll deliver the second one nice and warm to your table as you're finishing the first.

I usually go for the burger (which is excellent btw), but their BLT & broken yolk sandwich are solid choices too!

Fantastic booths for semi-private chatting over your meal. Pulled pork sandwich is delicious. Fantastic coffee - get your frequent buyer card stamped! Also validate city hall parking .

They have almond milk and vegan pastries too...vegan chocolate muffin is to die for...and I say that as a non-vegan

Although the menu is decent and the coffee fresh, the price point takes advantage of tourists and quality doesn’t compete with other local coffee options .

You cannot go wrong with the Spicy Bacon Sandwich .

Probably one of the best places to get hamburgers downtown. The herb aioli is great on everything.

Love their coffee but this is a far reach from good food. Downtown is in dire need of some good eats beside lamberts hh.. Jos is always a last resort

If the burger of the day is bacon/blue cheese/caramelized onions , you definitely want to order it. Bring your lactose pills so you can have a turbo ;)

The cortado was bitter and astringent. A true cortado should be smooth, creamy and mellow.

Go for coffee . Skip the breakfast tacos .

Get the iced turbo or Belgian. Discount on day old banana bread is worth it.

Great burgers and Greek salad . It has a good feel inside with nice lighting.

Update: waited 30 min, friends were waiting, had to leave without my coffee . I asked the buddy making drinks for an estimate, he gestured to the order cups, and said, “it’s somewhere in there.” Lol

It was crazy crowded during SXSW, but it has good food and beer , and the service was pretty quick.

Good coffee , but also a reliable spot for breakfast (or lunch ) in the downtown area.

Breakfast ends at 11 on weekdays, and 2 on weekends!
