Cafe is inside the Driskill, a great hotel ! Brunch is awesome, had the Texas Pecan Waffle and the Juevos Rancheros...both were da bomb diggity ????

If you're in a hurry, go to the back bar for a latte and baked good (I highly recommend the chocolate croissants ) to go. C'est parfait !

You really ought to get the Hangover Burger . Black angus beef burger with an egg on it, plus, brown sugar & chili rub bacon . Just when I thought bacon couldn't get any better!

The Texas Cuban has a heaping pile of barbecue , a plentiful helping of ham , a slew of thinly sliced pickles , and a mustard spread. The housemade vinegar & salt chips are satisfyingly crunchy & tangy .

I can’t imagine the Texas oil barons of the late 1800s not wanting to eat something with a bit more meat in it. The sausage comes in links, not patties and the refills on drinks are free.

Good choice of American style breakfasts including my fav: scrambled eggs with potatoes and toast . The waffles looked yummy, too.

Hangover omelette is good. There was a wait which wasn’t too bad but then once we got seated, it took a while for our waiter to even come by and take our drink order.

The Paris Benedict has the right small amount of hollandaise plus potatoes are a mix of regular and sweet! Great service & coffee :-)

The Texas Pecan Waffle is a delicious, fluffy treat for tourists and locals alike. The bananas and blackberry jelly were a nice touch.

Order the cinnamon roll . It's gooey and delicious, and so big it comes with its own steak knife!
