To get to the centrum of Amsterdam just walk to metro overamstel. There take line 51 to museumplein or central station. Within 15 You are there.

Clean , modern and comfortable with friendly staff and an impressive bar and shop. A little out of the way with nothing close by to do. Nearest tram stop is a ten minute walk away.

Large hotel with personal service. Friendly staff . If you come often as Accor LeClub member, you can make use of the Privilege breakfast .

Although the location is a little bit far away from city center being near of the metro station is an advantage .. breakfast is also good, hotel is clean tidy and helpful staff is in there ...

The staff here is great. I was welcomed in the best possible way and I am trully impressed by the attitude, the smiles. These people are amazing!

Even the rooms that were not reformed yet, has bathtubs, and are very clean ! Excelente conferences rooms , breakfast delicious! Lobby bar are great!

a little bit far from the centre, metro line , etc. 3 elevators are few to the number of the guests and luggages, One day I waited 15min. to get it at 9th., but its better stay in the highers floors

You can book a breakfast box at the reception if you have to leave early in the morning !

Good foods (both dinner , breakfast ), service can be much nicer. No tap water - that makes me always crazy.... 6.5/10

Don't check in during the night shift. The lady and the man working on June 19th of 2012 are the most customer killers ever. Beware they are too rude. I will report the incident to the hotel anyway.

Watch the front desk staff ! They erroneously held over US$200 a night on my MasterCard for a prepaid room! I expect a credit card deposit for a hotel , but not more than $200/night HOLD! Lame!

The lady and the Man worked for the evening shift on June 19th 21:00 are the most rude personnel ever. Try to avoid them by check in different hours than evening.

This is very bad experience for me to stay in this hotel ..... there is no any one to carry your language.... also the hotel furniture is very old as well the building old ....

They told me i can drink tap water . Without water how should i use coffee machine in the room? And there was someone underwear in the room forgotten. How they clean rooms ? Disgusting!

Good size room but someone smoked in our room and used our phone before us. Not a bad room other than that but our dinner was poor.

Elevator terribly slow. Its door doesn't close automatically so need to wait for long time.

Buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel , prima,eten en goede lokatie, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar ! (Énig klein minpuntje; ontbijtbuffet is vrij duur, daar wij kleine ontbijters zijn)

N'hésitez pas à faire votre Check-In au Mercure, vous obtiendrez un voucher pour aller boire un verre au bar de l'hôtel !! Très agréable séjour .

Leuke kamerupgrade naar een luxe Privilege Kamer voor slechts 30 Euro. Maar dan wel PayTV gratis en een heerlijk zachte badjas met slippers op de kamer en veel meer extras

Het hotel is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor de Amsterdam ArenA, de RAI, de Zuid-As en het centrum.

Beste wijnen van de stad bij uitzonderlijk goed eten en uitstekende service. Zo kan het dus ook.

Nagenoeg nooit werkend internet... Kamer in blok B, vijfde verdiep ! Verschrikkelijk irritant. Ook andere gasten hebben zelfde probleem!! Eigenlijk niet aanvaardbaar voor hotel van dit type!
