This is a great early morning stop off before work. Very friendly staff , windows seats nice to watch the world go by

Ubiquitous American coffee chain, but you can't beat it for convenience, especially with mobile order and pay.

If you need a disabled loo I don't advise trying here as it's frequently in use by people who don't need the adaptations. Having the code on here doesn't help! Also very few downstairs power sockets.

Best Starbucks in the world, and I don't work here before you start. All the staff have great personalities. Eszra- The Comic relief for the beginning of the day. Adam the friendly giant.10 out of 10

Downstairs is always crowded ! Go upstairs if you wanna enjoy your coffee !

If you don't want your coffee in a take out beaker make sure you ask for a mug when it's busy

Go to the one at the bottom of City Tower [Piccadilly], better seating, friendly(er!) staff .

I'm not a fan of starbucks but I'd recommend something cold!

Free wifi and quieter than other branch near Arndale.

If this one's really busy, try the branch across the Gardens at Piccadilly Gardens - usually quite quiet compared to this one.

Tables upstairs are always dirty .

wish I could get a Raspberry Mocha but am more than willing to settle for a Caramel Frappuccino...with whipped cream ...

Came here at 6:30 and upstairs was already closed. They close at 20:00 so i'm very disappointed. I should have gone to Costa's, just across the street.

its good if you're in a rush, you don't have to wait for your drink to cool.

The camp guy behind the counter is good fun. If you can't get a seat you need two of you and you can lift a chair up into the hair. Tilt forward to offload the incumbent patron and voila. Seat free! X

Worst Starbucks in Manchester city centre. Dirty tables and staff almost always produce bad drinks.

Don't like the seats downstairs :< no idea what it's like upstairs though, might be better.

They can't seem to get app orders right.
