Hands down the best cioccolato fondente (dark chocolate ) gelato in the world. Fun to come here around midnight and then walk quickly to the Pantheon before you gobbled it all up.

Best ice cream in Rome. If you visit Rome and like ice cream you have to come here. Pay upfront for a cone or cup and get as many flavors as it fits!

Absolutely amazing, the best gelato in Rome , try the sorbets (milk gelato is never a good choice with hot weather). Pay first then approach the servers there’s no que don’t be a follower and tourist .

My favorite gelateria in Rome! It's been around for a long time. I recommend their lampone and pompelmo. They also make a great dairy-free ciocclato fondente nero.

Nociola & fondente are my favorites. Fruit lovers will like most of the flavours since all are very natural. If you want to sit and eat the small glass is more thsn enough. They also have wifi !

Great ice cream , particularly dark chocolate and hazelnut . I had better pistachio . Whipped cream is heaven, waffle cracker is super light and tasty. There’s a tea room , crowded and average.

Best flavours you have to try: fior di panna (cream) + cioccolata fondente (dark choclate ). Order the size of ice at the cash desk in the front and go with your receipt to the bar to choose your ice

Amazing variety of flavors! Banana and Canella (cinnamon ) are a must try! Cream, Fior di Latte are a category on their own. Make sure to ask for whipped cream on top.

Our host told us about this place that is very old and stell have the same quality of their gelato . I'm glad that I tried it. Dark chocolate gelato tastes like browniesl so yummy ????❤️

Delicious, high quality gelato and a beautiful old store. The dark chocolate is to die for. Also recommend the raspberry and the crema . A small cone gets you two scoops, so two flavors. Creamy bliss.

First cappuccino I had in Italy is here and it's absolutely the best I have ever had. If you want to buy gelato with cone , small is enough. And make sure to add Nutella flavor, it's pure awesomeness.

Delicous icecreams with many choices. Go for small as portions are very big. many choices pistachio,caramel and berries are my favorite. Dark chocolate is very heavy.

I loved the oreo , nutella and white chocolate flavours , very rich!! I also tried the coppa mondiale, it was HUGE, funny but lots of panna!! Great place and I like that it stays the same over the years

Great selection of flavours. I can recommend the dark chocolate sorbet and combine it with the orange sorbet . You will need to go and pay first at the till prior to ordering.

Can’t fairly say it’s the BEST ice cream in Rome, but it probably truly is. Try their dark chocolate , rice , pomegranate and pistachio !

One of the best gelato in Rome ! Can be very crowded near the afternoon. But if you try after 20:00 there’s always fewer people. You can ask to try any flavor you want.

Really famous ice cream in Rome which is mentioned in almost every Roma vacation guide. The tastes of most ice cream flavors were intensive. It's absolute worth to stand in line for it.

Supposedly the best ice cream place... Well don t agree. Go to berthillon in paris or ice cream places in sao paolo and bahia (brazil). Get the cioccolato fondente though and go see the pantheon.

Giolitti is the true meaning of Rome ice cream . It feels like eating the thing itself not ice cream . Served in big cups and deserves every penny.

Can't go wrong. Get the strawberry or pistachio . Pay first to get a ticket and try later times after dinner to avoid lines .

This is a "classic" place by virtue of its history and the old-fashioned atmosphere. Certainly there are flavors to satisfy everyone. But I admit that I was a bit underwhelmed by the gelato itself.

I tried pistacchio, it tasted really intense. But still prefer sorbet . I guess the thing here is the atmosphere. It's very similar to Saray Muhallebisicisi :))

We ordered 2 large cups... It was delicious but the ice cream with Nutella is really strong and one large cup is enough for a couple to share!

Yes, it is a place overflowing with tourists , but somehow a spot one wants to visit. Some flavours overly sweet, and portions are extra large. Pay first, order your gelato after.
