최악~ 기분 좋게 결혼식 왔는데, 내가 앉은 테이블에 내자리에만 메인 식사가 안나옴. 계속 달라고 했는데 10분 있다가 식사가 나옴. 기본적으로 테이블 관리 못함. 물 따르는데 주전자를 매인요리 브로콜리에 살짝 올려주시는 센스까지~ 대박 매너 꽝. 여기서 결혼하실 분들 다시 생각해보세요~
1층 레스토랑 한식 가격 어이없게 비싸고 음식이 너무 달아요 ㅠㅠ 서비스도 쉣 돈아까비 ㅠㅠ
주말 예식 등 행사를 할 때 좀 더 많은 안내판등이 필요할 듯. 동선이 복잡한데 안내표지가 적어서 계속 물어보며 다녀야 함. 호텔로서의 기본적 소양등이 부족한게 곳곳에 보임.

일식당은 새로 지은 컨벤션센터의 지하로 이사했습니다.

My new favorite hotel in Seoul. Super attentive and friendly service, and 24H gym! Nice breakfast too. Hospitality excellent. Also liked spacious shower room and its Italian style shower system. - Jung H
If you're planning to stay here at the Riverside Hotel, get a room higher than the 8th floor, because the rooms here are right above their 7th floor function area! Blocked view and peeping toms! - Iggy Javellana
