Order online & pick up at your desired time plus about 10 minutes. I accompany my coworkers for their pick up orders & usually end up waiting 10+ minutes after the set time.

The lines in-store can sometimes go around the whole store. The line moves at a moderate pace. Some days they hook you up with a heavy hand of meat or toppings, other days you get next to nothing.

To keep your meal healthy try ordering what restaurants have labeled “burrito bowl ” or “naked burrito ,” which means no tortilla . Also, specify no cheese , no sour cream , and get guacamole on the side.

if the line scares you (it goes by fast, trust me), order online (make sure you check the box saying you'll pay there-almost double-charged me). carnitas fajita w/ everything (amazing how it all fits)

Line is usually up to the door and sometimes down the block in the summer. But u can always order online and pick up in 5 mins.

If your burrito rips, don't rewrap or double wrap . As for a cheese bandage... just have them throw a hunk of cheese on the rip and it'll melt right over it. Works great and tastes great! :)

I usually get a burrito bowl . 1/2 chicken , 1/2 steak . Yum. And the new brown rice is pretty delish.

Staff at this Chipotle is phenomenal - they ran out of rice so we waited for 5 min. They apologized and gave us the burrito for free. Now that's excellent service.

The long line can be daunting. But go early or just wait it out. It goes by fast

I don't know what it is about this place, but the staff are exceptionally good-looking. Come for the carnitas ; stay for the eye candy :P

Tres Carnes is across the street. Go there, infinitely better, same price.

Their soft corn tacos are an insult to mexican food .
