Great Hotel . Staff friendly and helpful. Wow what a great location for both Old Montreal and Down Town . Every thing walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here and would return very clean room .

The higher you go the better the view . If you get booked on one of the lower floors, you're only going to see surrounding buildings, but, say, from the 24th floor, you get a view of all Montreal. Read more

Great location, comfortable rooms , helpful staff . Ask for a room with a view . Breakfast is fair . The best thing is that the hotel is close to both the shopping area and old Montreal.

Nice enough hotel with friendly service . Unfortunately, the rooms are dated. This hotel is not what you can usually expect from a 4-5 Star InterContinental.

Updated hotel with valet parking . Staff is wonderful and it's a short walk to the old town as well as great resturants.

Great location. 5 minute walk from old Montreal and 10-12 minute walk from downtown. Jamil at the concierge is extremely helpful with tips. Ask for him.

Good sized rooms and convenient location. Hotel is a little on the older side.

Breakfast takes place at the Osco restaurant downstairs near the lobby. They have a wonderful and very complete buffet and a la carte as well .

Breakfast is great, like someone's country kitchen. Just a shame the staff at the restaurant looks down their nose at you when you don't speak French. I speak 4 languages, but no French. Bad me!!

Fabulously renovated rooms . Great location for exploring the Old Montreal region AND the downtown shopping districts.

The indoor saltwater pool here is a nice alternative to the beach .

Very disappointing. Holiday Inn service at Intercontinental prices. No perks extended to Ambassador Club members. Many better places to stay in Montreal.

Worst hotel I Have stayed in. From check in , throughout our stay and check out. I have stayed in many hotels in Montreal of various price range. delta and holiday inn more impressive staff & service
