Go all the way to the far back corner for plenty of free seats with outlets, it's own refreshment bar , and excellent views down the Tarmac.

Fitting that Virgin Clubhouse is upstairs (heaven) and AA is downstairs (...) AA's sorry-looking sandwiches & self serve bar don't hold a candle to Virgin's waiter service and hand crafted cocktails .

It's the best AA lounge anywhere. Serves a very nice hot breakfast , has sandwiches at lunchtime, and allows you to help yourself to the free booze. Wish they were all like this!

Great place to unwind an relax. Not crazy about the interior of this Club, but the Club has everything you need . Helpful staff . Just not crazy about the 1/2 mile walk to your gate from the Club.

Great showers and comfortable lounge with limited but good food and wine options. Is also the Qantas Lounge for One World code share flights. Open 5am to 10pm

This is a typical club lounge that American offers domestically and internationally and can be purchased as a day pass for $50 for a one day one location pass or you he it with your Business Class xx

Nice, standard AA lounge . Better than most AA lounges in the states . Lots of seats! Keep going around the corner and you'll find lots of empty seats especially reclining ones.

Their Flagship Lounge is exclusive to international First Class passengers and offers about ten times the amenities and perks of the regular lounge access that is available xx

Really quiet . There's a selection of food and some drinks. Unfortunately not much gluten free . The wifi is the fastest I've seen in a lounge !

The lounge dragon didn't make it clear that the intense questions were all to expedite entry to USA on arrival until asked!- calm , relaxing lounge , food/drink options not great but good wifi

Despite the windowless feel, the breakfast to order was sensational. Who knew scrambled egg with avocado could be done so well !

This is the absolute best Admirals Club I have ever visited. Large, quiet , fantastic reclining chairs & free open bar & food. MIA could learn some things from LHR.

Cathy and BA lounges are better! Come here to handle ticket issues and then move to one of the better one world lounges which are nearby

This may be the nicest American Airlines lounge I've been to. Small but tasty food spread, all drinks still free.

When traveling and have access make sure you enjoy the hot meals they serve you before or after your flight to / from London Heathrow xx

Outside of plenty of places to charge your phone this is a typical AA lounge found in any airport USA - limited food, bottom shelf liquor and 1970 hotel lighting.

TV lounge chairs are nice and comfy . WiFi is free ... Just select BT open zone and click on other provider at bottom of pop up page.

Better fresh fruit selection and bar selection in Chicago. In lounge service isn't very welcoming or friendly , but I love having power cord options for multiple countries built into the tables.

Food options in this lounge aren't great. If you are entering because of your OneWorld level, remember you are also entitled to go to the BA lounge (even flying AA), which is much better.

This is a beautiful lounge with plenty of seating. They have a self-service bar with a decent selection and fairly good food. The only problem is that WiFi is expensive .

The BA club may be a little better but there are always fewer families with kids in tow when I'm here.

Yes, if you are Emerald (Executive Platinum ) you can go to the BA Galleries First Galleries lounge . The AA Flagship has nice showers and better flight information about AA's service.

Great club. Plenty of outlets for charging, comfortable seating and good food.

If you're here, you're also eligible for the BA lounge around the corner. Proceed with haste and don't look back.

You can do the security clearance at the lounge instead of waiting in a long line !

Fine if you want to be somewhere silent. It's quiet because everyone that knows better, is using another lounge . First Class in name only.

Pretty good club actually but I wasn’t expecting much based on earlier reviews. Decent food, open bar , comfy seats .

Go to the British Airways lounge . It's great and will have access!!

Went with a lot of expectations but the lounge is very basic. Can't compare with Emirates & Singapore lounges which are there next door.

Wifi is free. Cooked to order comp breakfast . You don't pay to be in Flagship so don't bitch about the freebies.

Great shower facilities , but use them before 9am as they get full.

Electrical sockets for UK and US plugs, very neat

Showers in the Admirals club are much better and larger than those in T5 BA lounges . Better air conditioning too!

Eerily quiet for a Friday night. Most of the people seem to be Qantas Club members.

The most comfortable chairs are located in the tv area

The BA lounge is better, but they don't announce AA flights over there which can be a problem when your flight is delAAyed.

Have a relaxing shower in one of their many shower rooms.

Must be the most depressing of all the oneworld lounges at Heathrow.

Need to add some bourbon to the bar : Beam or Maker's Mark would be great!

Much better than O'hare. Lunch food offering better than breakfast .

If you have status with BA use their lounges as they are infinitely better
