A 3 star Michelin restaurant run by the man himself Chef Savoy! If you are a food enthusiast you must dine in. My favs are the oven baked John Dory and the raspberry & pistachio biscuits .
Very romantic in its new location in a historic site at The river . Guy greeted us at the door himself, and he is very kind and a grat chef indeed.
The oysters served three ways is creative excellence
Brioche toasted and buttered to enjoy with the soup .
The beurre blanc was delicious on the turbot
Mushroom soup with shaved black truffle and Parma reggiano
The artichauts soup and the rouget are perfect as usual. No ´faux-pas' with guy savoie.
Everything. This is the standard to measure global dining. Perfection
Very overpriced. Don't get the tasting menu . You're better off going to 1 star restaurants FOUR TIMES for the same price. If you do go to Guy, oyster , caviar egg , and truffle soup are delicious.
Everything is perfect at Vuy Savoy
The plated turbot with snow pea pods
Incredible tasting menu
They call this noire but it is total decadence of chocolate
There is a treasure under the soup cup
Creme caramel and caramel ice cream
The best part was its dessert .
The oyster tartare
The oyster under ice
Veggie a amuse bouche
Perfect Napoleon
Rice pudding two ways
The whole oyster
Chocolate mousse
Tangerine sorbet to clean the pallet
Turbot before deboning
Squab soup
Whole experience, salmon on ice
good res :)
