You can use your scene points on premium screenings (IMAX or UltraAVX) so go on cheap Tuesday (never use points on Tuesday), get the Treats and Seats combo and enjoy a free IMAX movie later!

UltraAVX is the way to go, preorder your tickets online, choose your seats, print em out, and go see the movie . No rush because you have reserved seats. Best picture and sound too!

Scotiabank Theatre is a good place to see WWE Pay-per-views at a decent price if you can't afford PPV's at home but get tickets for WrestleMania early. Trust me!

Loved the soda machines , the escalator is scary???? and the seats are very tight and uncomfortable

Dine at milestones (mon to thu) before your film and they validate your parking for you so it's free. They have movie deals and get you out on time so you see the film :D Film times are online.

A comfortable stadium style seating. There is a bar in the front to wait for your movie . The coke machines are great.

This theatre has the only full size IMAX screen in a Toronto theatre other than the Ontario Place Cinesphere. accept no substitutes.

Their make your own drink machine is the best invention ever. And, it must be in all movie theatres...

Best theater w IMAX n location to hang out! After or before movie hang out at chapters n Starbucks. This chapters has better inventory than indigo at eatons. Staff are also more knowledgable .

Staff was helpful and very friendly . Theatre complex is big, clean and modern. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a movie .

This is my favourite theatre in Toronto. Nice layout, comfortable seats , great sound system .

One of my fav theatres plus I get to avoid the Brampton/sauga/north york crowd who flock to Yonge and Dundas. ????

Best tip, remember that there is customer service desk upstairs , you can buy tix there instead of lining up. Scene points get you a free movie eventually. :D

When parking underground after 4pm Monday to Thursday and all day Sunday, validate parking at guest services after your movie . Save $5

I just realized cineplex does "event screenings" of theatre productions/operas etc. from around the world. pretty fantastic!

Huge theater with tons of screens and several food options, including alcohol , to choose from

This is one of the best cinema theaters I've been in my life.

On the way up the escalator look to the top of the stairs at the back wall with the cube decor. It creates an optical illusion that you are falling backwards. Hold on!

Buy IMAX or UltraAVX tickets online so you don't have to line up to get good seats.

They the first in Canada to get the Coke Freestyle soda machines with over 100 drink combinations. Just buy your drink like normal and help yourself.

FREE SCENE POINTS! Ask Customer Service for a response unit which allows you to inform staff if the picture is sub-par or if there is a distraction in the theatre. Then receive 25 points for it!

If u are at scotia theatre check out the bars that are in and around the john street

If you buy tickets online, just bring the bar code straight to the ticket guys...they'll scan it for you and get you into the theatre right away

If you plan to watch a movie on cheap night, arrive 2 hrs early so you can buy your ticket

See a movie in the UltraAVX theater if possible - really nice. I like the concept of reserved , assigned seats.

For cheap movie Tuesdays make sure to select cineplex Tuesday not general admission. Cineplex is tricky like that.

Don't waste money on AVX. They're nothing more than blown up versions of the movie you'd be seeing normally. IMAX on the other hand? Worth. Every. Penny (especially on cheap Tuesday!)

1) Eat beforehand 'cause food sucks. 2) Big screens but go down the street for VIP. 3) Download Timeplay app. 4) Sneak in airport bottles of booze and put them in your diet coke for extra hilarity!

The UltraAVX and IMAX screens don't work for every movie , but some are DEFINITELY worth watching in these immersive-experience theatres. Read more

Instead of parking underground in the theatre, look for parking across the street to save a few bucks!

Great sound system and projection quality

If you are in downtown Toronto, and you want to watch a movie , this is the place to go.

Escalator has been broken for months & it's about 120 steps up to the top.

ULTRA AVX is the only way to go in this theatre. Reserved seats, bigger chairs and enhanced screen & sound.

If the escalator is broke take the elevator to the right if the stairs

AVX is not much better than regular screens. Splurge only for the most action-packed releases.
