I have tried the VIP cinema its really comfortable and classy i highly recommend it
Staff are amazingly friendly and responsive. Good location though it took me two visits to figure out the exit route all the way down. Can get busy on weekend evenings
When u buy ur popcorn , ask the staff to layer them by putting a straw on the dispenser and sticking the straw deep into ur popcorn bag . No more dry, butterless popcorn at the bottom of the bag ;)
This is a great Cineplex , love the VIP section and service at your seat ????????
Comfy seats . The nachos are really good and the pop corn amazing! Tuesdays $8 :)
The only 4DX screen in town ! But be careful when paying for 4DX, as sometimes they only show a 2D movie , which is not actual 4DX. 4DX is 3D movie with environmental FX (the 4th "D").
Yeah the seats are comfortable ! Tuesdays get really really packed! More than other Cineplex in different locations. Make sure to get your tickets early
Wish cineplex assign fix seating arrangement while booking online/offline. Saves a whole lot time by coming right on time instead coming way ahead of screening time. Also ppl block seats for others.
Great for dates, however going up the escalators freaks me out! You're not allowed to bring non-Cineplex food upstairs either, so make sure you finish eating in the food court .
Opening day 2, The Force Awakens. VIP seats, comfortable chairs , food and alcohol service... Fabulous.
VIP is worth it on Tuesdays. But made me realize that this is how standard movies should be like! It's gotten way too impersonal over the years.
There’s discount Tuesday. They also show international movies form China and India.
Read the quotes! They're amazing! Also, don't overdose on the "butter flavouring". The same dispenser has THREE buttons. I have yet to find out why. Read more
If you're paying by debit or credit, skip the lines and go straight upstairs! They have self serve ticket machines by the entrance!
In 1976, 35,000 people attended “The Festival of Festivals”. Since that first year, the renamed Toronto International Film Festival boasts over half a million attendees, and over 300 films .
You can now see WWE Pay-Per-View events here for $18 (a fraction of the cost of ordering it at home [$60]) (WrestleMania at $35)
The seats are quite narrow in the IMAX theatres. I'm a small girl and it was really close to the people next to me.
The soundproofing in Cinema 14 is a disgrace; you can hear the hand-dryers from the ladies’ restroom blasting loudly throughout a movie .
Definitely try VIP theatres . A whole different movie experience !
They've added VIP Cinemas here. +1!
Park in the Victoria St. parking structure it's way cheaper than parking underneath Yonge & Dundas! #Cheapo
Movie + Amazing seats + Pitcher of Sangria for two = Awesome VIP!
The VIP theatre is the way to go
Try 4DX sometime! Great experience at this location.
I think it’s great here, take the elevator
love the theater its so vibrant and live
Go to the VIP concessions to get popcorn - so much better!
Try the VIP at least once for the experience
Chairs make so much noise.... Cant even concentrate solely on watching movie .... They better oil the chairs ????
Seats were not very comfortable . It seems they are a bit old. Mine was making a noise every time I moved and I also could feel the springs right at my lower back.
Very convenient location!
Movies aren't as popular as they used to be. Now they have to entice you with 4DX.
Really comfy seats . Arm rests can fold back, giving you more room to cuddle your date comfortably :)
@ImAX theatre filling up fast for @captainmarvel #captainmarvel
It is very expensive but I just love this movie theater ! :(
Earlybirds who catch a movie before noon Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only pay $6 for their ticket.
They only have concession food (i.e. popcorn , soda ), no Outtakes (real food i.e. fries , burgers )
Get ready for an escalator marathon to get here.
Great movie theatre. Cheap Tuesdays.
Great matinee prices for movies before noon on the weekends
If you can afford it go for the VIP lounge
This theatre has projected movies in the incorrect aspect ratio or patrons have been rude here more than any other theatre I have been to in my adult life.
Nice comfy seats , great for movies , but they make students sleep! Not the best place for lectures to take place.
VIP is awesome!!!
There are bathrooms behind the first escalator too, not just at the back :)
Love the vip experience ???????? ????????
Be careful in the reclining seats not to lose keys out of your pockets. Waiting two hours for the theatre to clear to find lost keys isn't fun.
You can go all the way to the top floor and buy your tickets from the machines there with no line .
Get drunk at Jack Astor's beforehand and you will enjoy every film a little more.
The food here tends to be stale, and the pop tends to be flat. You're better off sneaking in your own food. Just, please, don't bring in food from the food court . It stinks.
Great lunch menu in the Canteen. Wifi too. The Sweet Potato Fries from the Appetizer Menu are amazing! - Mark Crone
Staff was helpful and very friendly. Theatre complex is big, clean and modern. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a movie. - Jordan Renaud
Don't worry about the long lineup. The theatre is huge. Even if it goes all the way to Gould street and beyond - Kevin Suter
City Cinema - movie screen was very HD, a little loud, really enjoyed watching a movie there. Loved that they had filled half the square with seats. get there early for a good seat. - LifeTO
The Urban Eatery food court is amazing; a whole lower level with a variety of options. Had some great Mediterranean food ???????????? - Ilissa Gilmore
Great patio view! If you ask for smth spicy you'll get it! - Alex Longhino
